A typical English Country pub offering real ale's, fine wines and freshly prepared food. We also have a wide range of facilities, from our pool and darts areas to our beautiful beer garden. For entertainment we also hold a weekly quiz night every Tuesday and feature regular live music.

Dating back to the 15th century, this picturesque pub is located in the beautiful village of Hemingford Abbots. Situated just off the A14, 3 miles from St Ives, 6 miles from Huntingdon and 12 miles from Cambridge, we are perfectly placed for our locals, business people, tourists, walkers and cyclists.

With seating for approximately 90 people, you will always find the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your visit. Our dining area can be separated to seat 40 for a private dinner or 100 as a function room for a private party.

We pride ourselves on serving the local community and try, where possible, to use local suppliers and produce. We are currently supplied by Jennings fish mongers and Gray Butchers, both located in St Ives.

Our full and varied menu is very affordable, with main courses starting from as little as £4.75 and our great platters are perfect for sharing.
