Terms & Conditions of booking
What to expect
1.Bookings options are for seating in our bar, snug, patio or restaurant area – please specify your preference in messages
2.Every customer MUST check in on the track and trace app or by manual form, please help us by having the app downloaded and check in via the qr code on display.
3. Tables inside are restricted to the rule of 6 or 2 households at this time. Outside groups can be up to 30.
4.It is table service only, you can order drinks via our online ordering or with your server.
5.You must only consume food and drinks whilst seated at a table, please do not wander around.
6.Bookings of 5 or more people will be contacted to take a deposit of £10 per person – this is amount will be deducted from your final bill, this includes the patio.
7.Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the time of booking will receive a full deposit refund.
8.Cancellations made withing 24 hours of the booking time, will not have their deposit refunded.
9. Patio bookings – if on the day, the weather lets us down and is not suitable for outside dining, we will try to accommodate your booking inside, however this is not automatic or guaranteed. Please check prior to arrival if we can accommodate moving your table.
